Responsibilities

  • Develop operational processes and strategies that scale in breadth and depth, grounded in an understanding of the GPO business, our members, and our partners.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of membership operations data.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounts to negotiate, execute, and maintain GPO contracts.
  • Ensure membership rosters are published in accordance with GPO contract requirements.
  • Serve as a key resource to Marketing, Analytics, Contract Operations, and Sales while supporting strategic planning and member conversion initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales to coordinate upcoming and active member onboardings, ensuring a seamless transition to AllyGPO and successful account setup.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across Corporate Accounts, Sales, Contract Operations, Data & Analytics, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Lead and develop the teams that make up Membership Operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating and refining internal workflows and operational processes.
  • Develop quality control resources and workflows that improve data collection, integrity, automation, and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and solve operational challenges before they become larger issues through curiosity, critical thinking, and a hands-on approach.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team that consistently achieves departmental and company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Membership Operations and contracting. Experience with specialty drug group purchasing is preferred.
  • Strong legal and contractual acumen, with the ability to explain contract terms and requirements in clear, non-technical language.
  • Collaborative approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges, process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Bias toward action and problem solving, balanced with the discipline to build scalable, sustainable processes rather than temporary fixes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
