James is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BioCare, Inc. and brings extensive leadership expertise to his role, overseeing the company’s mission as a national distributor of life-saving therapies and pharmaceutical services. With a background in executive leadership and strategic advisory roles, James has a proven track record of driving growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance across diverse industries.
He has advised numerous private equity transactions and sits on multiple company boards, including overseeing BioCare’s strategic direction from 2021-2024. Prior to BioCare, he served as CEO of US Acute Care Solutions, leading it to become the largest physician-owned provider of integrated acute care. He also severed as Executive Vice President, and President of AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group, as well as Principal of Oliver Wyman Growth Strategies, driving significant revenue and margin improvements.
James holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
