Mo Yang is currently Partner, Healthcare at The Vistra Group. Prior to joining Vistria, Mo was a Director at GI Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in San Francisco. At GI Partners, he was responsible for evaluating and executing investments across the healthcare industry.
Prior to GI Partners, Mo was with Arsenal Capital Partners and Cressey & Co., where he focused on healthcare private equity investing. Mo began his career at J.P. Morgan in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions and debt and equity financings.
Mo received a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
