Brian Ansay

Brian Ansay is the Chief Executive Officer of AllyGPO. He is a natural leader in working with customer and supplier segments, executive leadership, and employees to create financial success in the face of changing markets, legislative issues, and product innovation. Brian thrives on the challenge of building a culture of success and delivering unrivalled results. 

Prior to AllyGPO, Brian served as the President of the Specialty Physician Services Group Purchasing for ION Solutions and IPN Solutions, subsidiaries of Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) a Fortune 10 company. Under his leadership, he managed a $400 million operating income budget on 20 billion in sales business that generated 11% of AmerisourceBergen’s operating income. For both ION and IPN, he built, grew, and executed market expansion strategies with extraordinary YOY performance. Previously, as SVP for Sales & Corporate Services, he oversaw four commercial-facing business units where he delivered an average of 12% compounded annual growth and 15% YOY above forecasted plan for four consecutive years. He also received the ABC VISION Award, the company’s highest leadership award.

Earlier in his career, Brian rose through sales leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) to overseeing strategic National Accounts. As National Accounts Director, first for Centocor Ortho Biotech and then for J&J’s North American Pharmaceutical Group, he negotiated contracts with national partners such as AmerisourceBergen, McKesson, US Oncology, and Cardinal. As Regional Business Director of Field Sales for Oncology in the Central U.S., he led a large team and turned around an underperforming region, going from last to first place in one year. Throughout his time at J&J, he received awards for exceptional performance including the company’s National Leadership Award, the Institutional National Account Director of the Year, and the President’s Cup multiple times.

Brian served on the Board of Directors of ANNEXUSHealth, a healthcare software technology development company, and served as a board advisor for Glide Health, which was acquired by McKesson. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and serves on the Advisory Council and as an executive mentor for Kansas State University’s College of Business.
