GPO Membership Quality Control Specialist

At AllyGPO, we're building a first-rate, highly efficient, and customer-centric group purchasing organization (GPO) Operations team to support our physician practice members and biopharmaceutical manufacturer partners. The Membership Quality Control (QC) Specialist is a vital contributor to this team.

Reporting to the Director of GPO Operations & Members, the QC Specialist will execute critical contractual requirements for biopharma partners – e.g., confirming members' contract eligibility and ensuring quality control for member eligibility data. This role will also build and maintain foundational internal processes and resources that contribute to an outstanding overall experience for our members and biopharma partners. To be successful, the QC Specialist must meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and autonomy, develop a comprehensive understanding of GPO contract mechanics and details, and coordinate effectively across departments and businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Track contract eligibility metrics related to contract opportunities and perform quality control (QC).
  • Routinely review member eligibility data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Monitor and conduct reviews of member pricing to ensure accuracy.
  • Gain and maintain contract eligibility for GPO Members, according to contract specifications, meeting all deadlines and requirements.
  • Monitor, analyze, track, and deliver reporting requirements between AllyGPO and our biopharmaceutical partners, including conducting QC checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review executed biopharma partner contracts and capture detailed information on performance opportunities.
  • Partner closely with internal Corporate Accounts and Provider Sales teams and external manufacturer partners.
  • Collect, document, and map business processes and system dependencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring 

Key Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in group purchasing organization (GPO) operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and independently.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills with demonstrated experience delivering results when balancing competing priorities and a variable workload.
  • Ability to work independently and as an active participant in a team environment, coordinating across functions and businesses.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working in Salesforce, SAP, and project management software (e.g., Tallyfy, Asana).
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity, complexity, and highly specialized needs of GPO contracts with biopharmaceutical partners.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate across teams and businesses.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communicating effectively verbally and in writing with members, employees, and biopharma partners at all organizational levels.
  • Must be a quick learner, curious thinker, and willing to develop skills and abilities to meet new challenges and tasks.  

 Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field – or equivalent work experience. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Effectively perform in a remote work setting.
  • General office environment.
  • Travel up to 10-15%.

  • Remote within the US.
