Rebate & Contract Analyst

About this Opportunity

We're building a first-rate, highly efficient, and customer-centric Operations team to support our physician practice members and biopharma partners. The Rebate & Contract Analyst is a vital contributor to this team.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Contract Operations, the Analyst will execute vital contractual requirements (e.g., developing contract summaries and reconciling rebate payments). This role will also build and maintain foundational internal resources, including our relational database of key contract terms, and contribute to an outstanding experience for our members and partners. To be successful, the Analyst must meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and autonomy, develop a comprehensive understanding of GPO contract mechanics and details, and coordinate effectively across departments and businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Track contract performance metrics and perform quality control (QC) on rebate calculations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of rebate agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and manage member communications, in collaboration with Marketing, to ensure clear and timely updates on rebate programs and related matters.
  • Monitor, analyze, track, and deliver reporting requirements between AllyGPO and our biopharma partners on rebate performance and trends, including conducting QC checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review executed biopharma partner contracts and capture detailed information on performance opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Commercial teams to develop clear contract summaries of biopharma partner opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 What You Bring 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in rebate management, contract analysis, or similar role.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. 
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills with demonstrated experience delivering results with competing priorities and a variable workload. 
  • The ability to manage through ambiguity, complex, and highly-specialized needs of group purchasing contracts with biopharmaceutical partners. 
  • The ability to work independently and as an active participant in a team environment. 
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working in, or capability to learn, multiple software systems: Salesforce, SAP, PowerBI, Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Tallyfy), and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot).
  • The ability to manage through ambiguity, complex, and highly-specialized needs of group purchasing contracts with biopharmaceutical partners. 
  • The ability to coordinate and collaborate across teams and businesses. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with customers, employees, and biopharma partners at all organizational levels. 
  • Must be a quick learner, curious thinker, and willing to develop skills and abilities to meet new challenges and tasks. 

 Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
