Sr. Manager/Director, Medically Integrated Dispensing Operations

About this Opportunity

At AllyGPO, we are disrupting the traditional GPO-distributor model with tech-forward, hands-on service to our community oncology partners. The Senior Manager / Director of Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID) Operations will support our member practice MIDs and in-office dispensing by providing a “white glove” customer service experience. This person will aid business development efforts, lead the MID onboarding/implementation activities in close partnership with the VP of Member Implementation and VP of MID, and provide ongoing MID account management and support to our members.

Reporting to the Vice President of MID, this position serves as a central liaison between AllyGPO and the oncology practice’s MID sites. This role helps member MID sites ensure they maintain active, compliant licenses and payer credentials while also optimizing daily operational workflows. This individual acts as a bridge between the MID pharmacy team, organizational leadership, and payers, supporting both the strategic and tactical execution of pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate has practical operational experience in specialty or oncology pharmacy settings and understands the nuances of credentialing, claims flow, and payer relationships. To be successful, this person must be comfortable and confident in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, a skilled communicator, a good listener, and a strategic thinker.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the day-to-day MID contact for current and prospective GPO Members in support of dispensing operations, credentialing,  and licensing.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacists in Charge, pharmacy managers, and technicians to identify workflow redundancies or manual pain points.
  • Provide training and assistance related to new payer workflows, formulary changes, and credentialing processes to pharmacy staff.
  • Track key deadlines, milestones, and expiration dates for contracts, licenses, accreditations, and credentials using standardized systems or dashboards.
  • Identify gaps or risks in credentialing data and proactively resolve or prevent lapses in payer access.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly updates to leadership summarizing credentialing activity, payer updates, and operational insights.
  • Create resource documents, business requirements, and other training collateral.
  • Partner closely with the other members of the AllyGPO team, including Sales, Product, Analytics, and Marketing.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
